Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submitted article has not been published before and has not been submitted to any journal/symposium for evaluation (Presented papers or published theses can be sent provided that they are stated in the footnote).
• The article was submitted for evaluation using the Anonymous Article Template and following the spelling rules.
• The Copyright Transfer Form has been filled out completely and uploaded to the journal system.
• The Author Form has been filled out completely and uploaded to the journal system.
